From this process emerges a palette of gray tones, a neutral middle ground that embodies my
sense of existing and not existing simultaneously, of revealing and concealing.

This balance between presence and absence forms the basis of my artistic philosophy. In my creative
process, I often find that nature’s countless layers, formed over time, are full of dots and lines,
which inspire my own act of layering ink.
