A bar dedicated to the U.S. military that operated until 2017.
"Ppepeorl" is a settlement formed in the 1950s and 1960s when the U.S. military unit (Camp Stanley) was built.
The Red population relied on the U.S. military for most of their economic activities. They repaired military uniforms, sold military supplies, and operated restaurants and bars used by the U.S. military. Then, as the number of U.S. troops stationed in the military gradually decreased, the village naturally went down the path of decline. Most of the people who made money left, and now only the elderly, low-income families, and migrant workers remain.
Since 2019, it has been operated by artists as an art and cultural space and a community space for residents.
